Leverage

The Leverage ratio is the minimum margin required by your Broker
The Leverage is the ratio between the money that you borrow and your deposit.
Using high Leverage level of is one of the most attractive feature in Forex market.
High Leverage leads to high level of risk.

Leverage ratio examples:

Leverage 10 : 1 --> your deposit is 10% and you borrow 90%

Leverage 20 : 1 --> your deposit is 5% and you borrow 95%

Leverage 50 : 1 --> your deposit is 2% and you borrow 98%

Leverage 100 : 1 --> your deposit is 1% and you borrow 99%

Leverage 200 : 1 --> your deposit is 0.5% and you borrow 99.5%

Leverage 400 : 1 --> your deposit is 0.25% and you borrow 99.75%

Leverage 500 : 1 --> your deposit is 0.2% and you borrow 99.8%

Leverage 1000 : 1 --> your deposit is 0.1% and you borrow 99.9%
